The following services are not covered by Czech public health insurance. All amounts are in Czech koruna (CZK), inclusive of VAT.

Assessments and examinations

Price List
Terms and notes
- Prices are set in accordance with Czech Ministry of Health price decree No. 1/2026/CAU, as amended by decree No. 2/2026/CAU, on the regulation of health service prices (substantively regulated prices). The price calculation is available for inspection at the practice.
- For exceptionally extensive or time-consuming services the charge may be increased proportionately. The patient is informed in advance.
- An extract for an occupational health examination is issued within 10 working days of receipt of the request (Section 42a of Act No. 373/2011 Coll.). Other reports, extracts and forms are normally issued within 10 working days and at the latest within 30 days (Section 65 of Act No. 372/2011 Coll.).
- The scope of a pre-operative assessment follows the requirements of the operating surgeon and the patient's state of health.
- A pre-employment occupational health examination is paid for by the employer; if the applicant is not taken on, it is paid for by the applicant, unless the parties agree otherwise.
- The price list is reviewed each year on 1 January.
