- Under the age of 50, insurers may contribute from their prevention fund.

- Vaccination schedule
- 3 doses – now, in 1–3 months, and the third 5–12 months after the second. A booster follows.

Pneumococcus Prevenar 20
Free from age 65
- Cover
- Also covered for selected at-risk patients. Between the ages of 50 and 64 some insurers contribute from their prevention fund.
- Vaccination schedule
- Depends on previous vaccination and the doctor's advice.

Free from age 65
- Cover
- Also covered for healthcare workers and other selected at-risk groups. For everyone else, insurers may contribute from their prevention fund.

- Recommended between weeks 27 and 36 of pregnancy. Also suitable as an adult booster and for close contacts of newborns.

Tetanus

- Tetanus vaccination on its own is covered by public health insurance.

- A booster usually every 10–15 years. After an injury, the approach depends on previous vaccination.

Besides those listed, we can order further vaccinations by prior arrangement according to your individual needs and availability – for example against shingles, meningococcus, HPV or RSV.
Contributions from prevention funds differ between insurers and may change during the year. The doctor always assesses whether a vaccination is suitable and when to give it.
